Owing to its geographical location, Bera offers an endless number of visits which can be made within very few kilometres:

Former Bidasoa railway line.
Etxalar: Pigeons are still hunted from its usategiak (dovecotes) using nets. Some funerary steles are preserved in very fine condition in the old cemetery outside the church..
Lesaka: In the centre of the town itself may be seen the towers of Minddurrinea and Zabaleta. St. Martin's church. Historic old quarter.

Bertiz Nature Reserve: Access from Oieregi. The nature reserve covers 2,040 hectares. The botanical gardens are located at the entrance to the reserve and at the summit of Aizkolegi may be found the former palace. The oak and beech woods are particularly noteworthy.
Caves of Sara, Zugarramurdi and Urdazubi. Witch Museum in Zugarramurdi.
Sara: Square, outlying districts, the Ortillopitz Basque house, the Museum of Gāteau Basque (Basque cake), animal park, Larun train.
Arantza: Cirque of Arantza.
Igantzi: San Juan Xar. Nature reserve. Beside the road which goes from Igantzi to Arantza.
Other visits: Baztan, Hondarribia, Ainhoa, Urruńa, Hendaia.
